Aloe leaf juice: Used to treat various skin conditions such as cuts, burns and eczema and to reduce inflammation.

Argan Oil: From the kernels of the argan tree in Morocco, argan oil is exceptionally rich in natural vitamins and essential fatty acids. It’s good for hydrating and nourishing skin, as well as toning and firming.

Avocado oil: This oil contains high levels of Vitamins A, B1, B2, D and E plus amino acids, sterols and other essential fatty acids. It absorbs easily, boosts collagen and helps with sun damage, sensitive skin, eczema and psoriasis.

Balsam peru essential oil: Extracted from the bark of the balsam tree, this essential oil has antiseptic properties believed to promote healing.

Beeswax: This organic wax secreted by the honeybee is a natural emulsifier that provides a wonderful skin barrier for the lips.

Bergamot Essential Oil: This citrus fruit is originally from Spain and is the scent in Earl Grey tea. This brand is bergaptene free to avoid sun sensitivity.

Calendula oil: Assists with dry and damaged skin, skin inflammation, rashes and other skin conditions. It’s exceptional for sensitive skin.

Carrot seed oil (Daucus Carota): The source of this oil is Queen Anne’s lace, a member of the carrot family. One of the best oils for mature skin, it helps remove toxins and water build up, giving the skin a fresher, firmer appearance.

Chamomile: Used for centuries in skin care formulations it also adds sheen and highlights to the hair. It has soothing, anti-inflammatory properties.

Citric Acid: An organic compound from citrus fruits, it’s commonly used in cosmetics to achieve the proper pH balance.

Coconut oil: An excellent skin moisturizer and softener.

Collagen powder: This marine blend of ingredients from New Zealand’s coastal waters help maintain the skin’s moisture and stimulates collagen synthesis due to its high levels of essential amino acids. It’s not sourced from rare or endangered marine species.

Cranberry seed oil: Cranberry seeds are concentrated with antioxidants, essential fatty acids and Vitamins E, A and K. This oil’s perfect balance of omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids helps feed the skin and boost elasticity.

Cupuacu Butter: This butter from the seeds of the Cupuacu Tree in Brazil softens skin and hair and boosts moisture and elasticity. Its high water absorption capacity makes it a great substitute for lanolin.

Emulsifying Wax: This ingredient, derived from palm oil, marries the oil and water in cosmetic formulas.

Eyebright extract: A natural astringent with tannins that cleanses the skin, tones the pores and soothes sensitive, allergy-prone areas around the eye.

Green tea extract: A potent antioxidant that reduces inflammation and inhibits the enzymes that breaks down collagen. It’s often used as an anti-aging ingredient.

Ground apricot kernel: A finely ground exfoliant that gently removes dull, dead skin cells from the skin’s surface.

Helichrysum extract: A powerful antioxidant with antimicrobial and purifying actions that’s very healing for sensitive skin.

Hibiscus Extract: Rich in amino acids, this extract from hibiscus seed pods has antioxidant and exfoliating powers good for anti-aging and oil-control. It has been shown to have wrinkle-smoothing and radiance-inducing properties.

Hydrolyzed oats: A soluble form of whole oats that attracts moisture and adds a soft, cushiony feel to the skin.

Lavender essential oil: A floral scent that has anti-depressant, antimicrobial and antiseptic properties and that is known to promote healing.

Leucidal: This organic preservative contains peptides derived from the fermentation process. It has been shown to have antimicrobial benefits.

Macadamia nut oil: A regenerative oil that closely resembles the skin’s natural sebum. It absorbs rapidly, contains antioxidants and has been used to help heal scars, sunburns and other irritations.

Oatmeal: Colloidal oatmeal is ground into an extremely fine powder. This ingredient contains saponins that cleanse skin and moisturizers that soothe itchy, dry skin and build a protective skin barrier. Studies have confirmed that colloidal oatmeal has properties that form a protective, moisturizing barrier on the skin.

Panthenol and phospholipids: This lipid has a molecular size small enough to penetrate and deliver panthenol deep into the layers of the skin. Panthenol is an anti-inflammatory that soothes skin and helps reduce redness. It’s also good after sun exposure and shaving.

Rice bran oil: Obtained from the bran of the rice kernel, it’s rich in Vitamin E and phytosterols and is easily absorbed by the skin. It’s very effective for eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.

Rose geranium essential oil: Having a soft rose scent and minty-green undertone, it helps keep the skin supple. It’s also known to help puffiness, broken capillaries and acne and it has insecticide properties.

Shea butter: This organic Nilotica shea butter is a fair trade item from Uganda. It softens and protects the skin and absorbs quickly.

Silk: A hydrolyzed protein that adds slip to the lotion and helps retain moisture.

Tamanu oil: A traditional medicine in the South Pacific, this oil stimulates cell regeneration. It promotes wound healing of all kinds, including sun damage, and is soothing for eczema and many other skin irritations.

Willow bark: A gentle astringent from the bark of the willow tree, this ingredient contains salicylic acid that helps shed dead skin cells and unclog the pores.

Vitamin E: An antioxidant that protects against ultra violet light, pollution and other cell damaging free radicals. It helps the skin look younger by reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Yucca root powder A starch that reduces inflammation and acts as a cleansing agent in cosmetics and soaps.
