Skin Safety: Free Skin Cancer Screenings This Weekend

images Did you know that one in five people will develop skin cancer in their lifetime? This weekend you can get a free skin cancer screening and some peace of mind.

Volunteer dermatologists will offer the free screenings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 17 at Dancin’ in the Streets in Neptune Beach. The festival is at the Beaches Town Center, where the end of Atlantic Boulevard meets the ocean.

The service is sponsored by Fletcher High School PTSA’s Sun Safety program. You may schedule an appointment by calling Brenda Wray at 635-2409. Walk-ins are also welcomed.

For daily sun protection, try our Sun Patrol (SPF 30). Our moisture-rich, all natural sunscreen protects you against UVA and UVB sunrays. It’s very water resistant and safe for children, adults and the environment. Good for faces, too. For more information, visit http://www.secondnatureskin.com/products/sun-patrol-sunscreen.
